Hey all, I am brand new to this RP site. Iwould love to get my character involvedin some kinda of story. Rayden is fun loving gu that doessn;t always think through his actions. his power are Ergokinesis. easier put as Energy Mnpulation. He is like a battery. If it is energy liek fire or elctricity he can absorb it and refocus it into something else. Right now his goal s to find his father and the love of his life Marcy. Ray is a good friend and a loyal ally. sometimes to a fault. I am hoping to get him involved with a Roleplay invovling a Company of somekind. thanks.

Hi Gripklaw! Rayne here.
I like Ray and would be glad to work out a thread! Also there is a major plot going on currently that involves energy-based Specials (and a few others) that you may be interested in - if so, I can PM you on that. It's particularly useful as it would fulfill your wish to do something with a company - although I'm a little confused, are you looking to work with "A" company (Ark Industries, Reier Technologies, Jung Facility, etc) or "THE" Company (semi-government agency that polices the relationship between Specials and civilians)?
Anyway, here's a quick rundown on some of my characters, who may be the best fit for what you're looking for (names link to bios):
-Dakari Johessman - Businesswoman, heir, villainess extraordinaire. A bit snobbish, but actually quite endearing if you earn her respect. Abilities: Metallokinesis/Metallic Extraction. Location: Anywhere among New York, Las Vegas, and Jamaica.
-Marshall Quatrevaux - Renowned psychiatrist and one of the leaders of the Jung Facility, a mental health facility specifically for Specials. Very pleasant but occasionally has dark moods, especially if you threaten his family. Abilities: Entropy Manipulation/Negentropy Manipulation. Location: Los Angeles or New Orleans.
-Marcus Rodgers- Current de facto head of the Elite, a secret "special ops" branch of the Company. Constantly goofs off unless he's on a case, where he's serious and damn good at his job. Abilities: Psionic Metronome/Rhythm Distortion. Location: Seattle or Los Angeles, if not on a case.
-Christian Moynahan- CEO of Ark Industries, a large technology firm that had a very negative reputation until it was bought by the Kilvayne Corporation and Christian turned it around (to all appearances, anyway). Very warm, charming, and talkative, but also manipulative if the need arises. -Ability: Psionic Manipulation. -Location: Usually Los Angeles or somewhere in Texas.
-Avian Morrison- One of the two current directors of the Company. Has no obvious ties to anyone, and very little is known of her past. Always willing to help anyone in need, but far more of a listener than a talker. -Abilities: None (civilian). -Location: New York or Las Vegas.
-Andrew Reynolds- A young counselor at the Jung Facility. Has a carefree attitude and abuses his ability way too much - and also knows way too much about what is happening to the future of the world. -Ability: Chronolock. -Location: Los Angeles.
And if you're looking to get caught up on recent events, here are a couple of cheat sheets - one for the beginning of Volume X (the current volume) and a more recent (and shorter) one I just made.
I hope this helps, and let me know if any of this interests you!

Oh, why not? I'm gonna join in on this welcoming thing by offering up some more interaction options. And yes, I'm stealing Rayne's fancy layout.
Ryan Alcroft : Organised crime henchman, disruptive Company agent, secret society member. Ryan's worn a lot of hats over the years. But after either leaving - or getting himself kicked out of - all of them, his life has settled down considerably.
Devon Ridgeman : A not easily approachable recovering drug addict, Devon has spent the past half-decade integrating himself back into normal society. He's even got a girlfriend, too!
Ability/ies: Tactile Molecular Decay Location(s): New York
Nireva Hale : A near 450-year-old fun-loving immortal who's currently trying to balance trainee work at the Jung Facility with studying towards a medical degree.
Ability/ies: Transcendence and Biological Reversion Location(s): Los Angeles
Layton Ranta : A person in whom certain people have taken an interest, due in no small part to the possibilities presented by his unique ability. Despite studying biology in college, Layton's a far more laid-back kind of guy who's been trying to make sense of the extent of what his DNA allows him to do.
Ability/ies: Induced Genetic Transhumanism Location(s): Los Angeles

Welcome to the forum! We're so happy to have you with us.
My name on the cbox is ceriexerox, but you can call me Cerie (or whatever you want. I still have people call me CX). I drop by here and there, but I should be doing so more frequently from now on. I tend to reply a bit slow, sorry in advance!
Here are my two characters you may like to interact with:
Name: Alice Taylor Abilities: Telepathy, Telekinesis Location: Los Angelos
The Alice that the public knows is a Hollywood actress that had been in some big blockbusters in the past few years, but had since disappeared from the public in order to spend more time with her daughter, Sharon. She currently works for both Vital Energy (Company-controlled) and Ark Industries in administration. She married a beautiful woman named Claudia this past Christmas. Charlie (her daughter's father) is also a close friend.
The Alice that very few knew about is a Company agent, taken at a young age and trained as a Company assassin, to eliminate any threats to the Company of old. The new Company no longer required Alice to do this (which she was glad, because she's a very gentle person), but all of her killer instincts are still intact.
Her focus these days is mainly on raising her daughter.
Fiona is, more or less, the other side of the coin from Alice. She works at Ark Industries as head of security/cyber security. She is a software engineer by trade, and works on some very innovative technology for her company. Fiona is married to David, a lawyer and part time law professor. In fact, they met while Fiona was still in school! She also has a little sister named Miranda, who works in Las Vegas as a magician.
Fiona, like Alice, was also taken by the Company when she was very young to be trained as a Company assassin. However, while Alice was more or less assimilated by the Company and is a full on Company Woman, Fiona had hated the Company for over a decade, and wanted nothing more than to bring vengeance to the organization.
Fiona's focus now has been shifted, however. She is more concerned about the other children that were kidnapped by the old Company, and is actively trying to find all of them, by any means necessary.

Hey so these are some great suggested characters. Christian to answer your question. Ray is looking for his father and Marcy. Marcy was taken by a company. I unspecific about which because I didn't know which company's were available. I was thinking something like The Company. But no Ray is looking to infilttratr . and I was hoping his father could be involved somehow. Maybe we could discuss that.
Ryan the characters I could see interacting with Ray are Ryan and Nireva
Cerie (pronounced Siri?) I would like tomsee Ray meet Fiona
And christian I the the best option is of course Christian. However other ones I'd like are Marcus Avian And Andrew. Also the energy based RPmsounds interesting PM me some detaiks
Side I will be in Kenya until July 27 and WiFi will be intermittent. But I will respond as promptly as possible Thank you

CO: Hey, they say stealing is the highest form of flattery.
Cerie: Hiiiiiiiiiii! *fangirls*
Gripklaw: Okay, I gotcha. The Company itself did that regularly a few years ago, but have since mostly stopped, excepting cases where 1) the Special is a definite danger to society or 2) the Special knows secrets about the Company that must never be revealed. So Marcy could have been taken by the Company, but it would have had to be years ago (sometime before 2013, I think) and she would have to fit one of those two conditions to still be in captivity. Same for Ray's dad.
Ark Industries also has a history of kidnapping people, but on a much smaller scale. They only take people who would be of use to them in their experiments. Now, they're treated decently in captivity, and the "experiments" aren't usually torture, although they may hurt. If Marcy and Ray's dad disappeared recently, it would likely be Ark more than the Company. Not necessarily, though.
There is a third option, but as it has to do with plot stuff, I'll PM you about it. (And I'll include this stuff so it can all be in one place.)
