Personality-
Leon Hermann Zweig is a kind and genial human being. The young man has always held a certain affinity for doing the right thing. Leon was always the kind of person to lend you the shirt straight from his back and would often spend a lot of his time performing community service. Simply put, Leon has always been the kind of guy to do the right thing. There were never any questions about it. He is loyal, understanding and determined. Leon will always perform his tasks to the utmost proficiency and is not the kind of person to do something half-assed. You either do it correctly or you don't do it at all. That's the way Leon sees things. He feels as though it is incredibly important to work hard and cannot stand the kind of people who do nothing for their money. Leon well and truly knows the value of hard work and is not the kind of person who slouches. He throws himself into everything he's doing entirely and will strive to not let anyone down.
Leon enjoys the arts and often spends his time playing the piano or losing himself in sculpture. Leon has a profound love for clay and finds sculpting to be one of the more relaxing, finer things in life. He's not particularly quiet, but he isn't entirely extroverted either. Upon first meeting Leon, he might be a little quiet… Yet, after a while he is definitely the kind of person who will open up to whoever will stop to listen. Leon is not the kind of person who is afraid to speak his mind, even if it means putting himself on the line. He stands up for what he believes in and isn't going to back down if it means compromising his values -- most of the time. That's not the kind of person he is and it isn't very often that he finds himself backing down from a fight.
Leon Zweig is a fast learner and he picks things up quite easily. The young man is incredibly attentive to detail and picks up the smallest things and stores them in the back of his mind for later. He is absolutely cooperative in everything that he does and finds himself very focused in every task he attempts to tackle. Most of all, Leon is committed to everything that he puts his energy into and does not like to fail. The young man is determined in everything he does and does not like to give in and succumb to his own limits. Leon is pretty straight forward and does not like liars, but at the same time he's very forgiving and will often forgive people even when he shouldn't.

Abilities/Powers/Skills-
Agrokinesis - With this ability, the user can manipulate all forms of vegetation. The user can grow plants to oversized proportions wherever they wish. They are able to control these plants offensively and defensively, either as a means of overpowering the opponent or shielding themselves. Furthermore, the offensive nature of vegetation extends to thorns as well as any toxins a plant might produce that can be released at the user's will. The user is also able to control a degree of tree-life with this ability. Roots and small saplings are easier to control at early stages, while obviously full fledged trees would be extraordinarily difficult and exhausting on the user.
Limits-
Leon's main limitation to his ability is the fact that he must know about a plant before he chooses to grow or control it. Leon has little or no knowledge of plants, trees or vegetation. The young man is not knowledgeable in biology or science. Essentially, this makes Leon's ability a lot harder to use, due to his limited knowledge of his own power. He knows how to control it, yet he does not know much about plants, making things very difficult for him. As a result, Leon often carries around a pocket sized guide to plants and vegetation, which allows him to flip through the pages at a moment's notice. Furthermore, the more plants Leon attempts to control, the more difficulty he will have in his task. Additionally, Leon's ability requires a large degree of concentration and he cannot be very distracted while he attempts to use it. Finally, Leon must be near some type of earth to use his ability. Leon cannot make plants appear out of thin air and obviously requires the relatively accurate conditions to make his ability work correctly.
Appearance-
Leon stands roughly 6'0” with a fairly stocky build that vividly echoes his childhood days as a member of the football team. Leon’s has a fairly, fair complexion with a hint of darker pigment added into the mix, effectively epitomizing his ethnic background. However, Leon’s light skin tone is often combined with an almost blush cheek tone, which adds even more color and life to his face. Leon has deep, cerulean eyes and dark blonde hair.
The majority of the time Leon stays clean-shaven, although he can be seen occasionally with a nice thin line of facial hair across his face. Yet, in keeping himself clean-shaven, Leon’s rigid jaw line is often accentuated thoroughly. While Leon usually enjoys casual clothing he has been known to dress up and wear a nice sports coat or suit and tie.

History-
Leon was born to Joseph and Nina Zweig on December 7th 1982 in Manhattan. James, the mayor of New York City and his mother, a prominent banker on the Lower East Side did all they could in raising Leon and his older brother.. Although because of their professions they were often away from their children they attempted to instill the best of values in their children by affording them the best education and care money could buy. From an early age, Leon learned the value of hard work and often spent a lot of his time earning money from his parents. He was a right little prodigy when it came down to working hard in his father's eyes. However, this isn't to say Leon didn't have fun. He always found joy in everything he did. Whether it was his piano lessons or his art classes, the young boy had fun. Through and through, Leon had an excellent childhood.
As Leon grew older, the young boy continued in his education and progressed further in life as his father escalated his position from mayor to governor of New York. Though he now had to move from Manhattan to Albany, James decided it would be best for him to commute, rather than uproot his family from their lives in New York City. Thus, James went on and became governor without uprooting his family from where they stood in Manhattan. While attending private school, Leon joined the track and field team in order to satisfy his love for moving in a more useful way. While on the team Leon was able to excel greatly in many racing events. Upon graduating high school, Leon was hesitant to go on to college immediately, but at his parent’s behest he applied to many schools in the immediate New York area. Through thorough deliberation, Leon finally decided on attending New York University and continued his success by achieving a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and marketing.
Though he worked hard for many years, something unexpected happened to Leon when he was 28. The young man discovered that he had an unexpected ability... Though confused at first, the young man finally found his place as an agent with the Company where he has been working for, for about a year. It was during this time period that Leon met Maya Rodriguez, a beautiful young woman, whom he instantly connected with. Soon enough, they had begun to date and continued to do so for quite sometime. Yet, Maya grew untrusting of Leon and his partnership with Sarah Coolidge… The young woman accused him of being unfaithful and even though he hadn't, it seemed as though the wedge had been planted. Maya and Leon tried to make things work, but nothing ever seemed the same after that, and soon enough the young couple had ended their relationship.
In his first days at the Company, Leon Zweig was first paired with a young woman named Sarah Coolidge. The young pair of agents hit it off quickly and were actually a pretty damn good team. Sarah, a civilian helped Leon in his first weeks with the Company and taught him how to rely on his power, even if he did not want to. Leon and Sarah grew pretty close, but there was something about Sarah he just didn't quite get. Though he didn't know it, Sarah seemed to have anterior motives. She was always concerned with her own career and was often threatened by anyone who could jeopardize it. Leon and Sarah continued to grow close over the course of the year, until one night at the office. Sarah had been sending Leon some pretty strong signals and the young man seemed to just follow his heart. Leon made his move and one thing led to another… Things seemed to be going smoothly that night, until something inside Sarah seemed to snap. The young woman's eyes filled with rage and before he knew it, she seemed to be screaming bloody freaking murder. Leon didn't know what was going on, but the young woman was hollering at the top of her lungs for Leon to get away from him. She was screaming anything and everything and to be honest, it all just blurred together. The next day, Sarah claimed that Leon had tried to rape her and had sexually assaulted her. Although there were no witnesses, Leon's reputation had obviously been besmirched and his partnership had been destroyed. With no witnesses to the event, Leon was suspended and ordered into therapy for his alleged actions. The young man would serve this out and upon his therapist's approval, Leon would be granted a new partnership and his time with the Company would continue accordingly.

There's something about Leon Zweig that you need to understand before you get to know him. Leon has always considered himself to be a human being first and a special second. The young man had spent most of his life as an average, normal human being. Leon Zweig had always been just your average joe. Until a bout a year and a half ago... Leon manifested an ability... Now, needless to say, Leon was more than confused. There was no doubt about that. However, Leon did handle his abilities rather well. He began to manage them ever so slowly. They weren't really ever "out of control." He never had that kind of problem. After about six months though, Leon was contacted by an organization... A Company that employed specials and civilians alike. They claimed that they could help Leon and he could help the world. All he had to do was join them. Now, it sounded like a cult at first... But it wasn't really. No, Leon soon found out that being a Company agent wasn't anything like a cult at all. Instead, Leon began to realize that it was much more of a normal job... Or, well as normal as normal could get now.
When the Registration Law went into effect, Leon Zweig wasn't sure how to feel to be completely honest. Leon had always been a normal person... Just like the people who had put this registration into works. He could see the reasoning behind it. Leon could most definitely see the logic behind it all. That's just all there was to it. Leon was caught in between a rock and a hard place. The young man just didn't know what to think. He could understand why the registration had been put into action. He got that, he really did. But Leon Zweig wasn't a civilian anymore... No matter how hard he thought he was... Or no matter how long he had been in his life... Leon was now a special. He had an ability. Even if it was an ability he didn't really like. That wasn't really true. Leon didn't like his ability at first... But he'd some to love it really. He could respect it and even though he didn't quite understand it fully, he damn well was thankful for it. The young man didn't know the first thing there was to know about plants... But he was learning and Leon was a damn good learner.
Today, Leon Zweig was set to meet his new partner. Things didn't really work out with his last partner, and well... Now, Leon was back to square one. He was being set up with a newbie. A new recruit for the Company. Leon didn't really mind showing someone the ropes. The young man liked getting to know people. He was sure that he and whoever this Roxanne person was, would get along fine... Though as he neared her office, Leon wasn't entirely sure what to think. As he walked along the corridor he could hear a loud shrieking... It sounded like a freaking banshee to be completely honest. Leon knocked on the door softly, before opening it a crack. What he saw was shocking to say the least... Before his very eyes was a blonde curled up on top of her desk... Seemingly fleeing as best as she could from an itty bitty spider. Leon tried not to laugh... He kept himself composed and only showed a bit of a smirk. Though, the young man cringed as the blonde fell off the desk.
Leon didn't think she had noticed him yet and he felt badly. "Easy there, don't hurt yourself, Bloody Mary. I'll get it for you." Leon grinned slightly as he eyed Roxanne as she lay on the ground. Without hesitation, grabbed a sheet of paper and scooped the spider up from it's hiding place in the corner of the room. The young man walked out of the office with the spider in tow. Finally, the young man reached the stairwell, where he released the creature. Leon headed back to Roxanne's office with that same smirk still on his face. "Not exactly a great first day, hm?" For a moment, Leon paused before continuing. "You're Roxanne, right? I'm Leon..." The young man stepped forward with a grin on his face, as he extended his hand to the young blonde. Leon didn't care about first impressions. What mattered was who you were. Leon hoped that the young woman wasn't too upset about him witnessing her little episode.
