Personality-
Gabriel is a person that has been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder 1. He has two sides to his personality. The most often known by other people is the energetic, outgoing, talkative, creative, and he's occasionally annoying. He. more than not, is aware of his behavior and is simply not able to get total control over saying what he thinks without a filter. In Gabriel’s experience there are one of two effects on those around him. They either cross the street to get away from him or run through traffic towards him.
Not matter what mood he is in, Gabriel will most likely be kind, helpful and compassionate. Slow to anger, patient, and caring about the other persons perspective. Loves to talk about anything and everything. Make jokes and is very flirtatious. A highly intelligent man, and has been accused of being arrogant.
The other side is the same but opposite. He still loves making jokes, but they are always at the expense of another. Generally patient, becoming impatient over the “idiots of the world. “ never neglecting to remind someone he is smarter than in the most hurtful way he can think of. Gabriel pulls no punches and aims his jokes at his opponent's most insecure level. Finally, would used to be someone who had nine infant patience and who's willing to put himself in other people's shoes now is very quick to anger and will drop what he is doing to get into a fight over some perceived slight.
Abilities/Powers/Skills-
Chemical Manipulation - Gabriel is able to manipulate the chemicals within his body, as well as objects outside himself. He primarily uses it to keep the worst part of his mental illness in check. But, can release the dopamine and endorphins constantly to get him high. Adrenaline to mildly enhance strength in short bursts. While making sure that he wouldn’t suffer from withdrawal, hangover, etc. Even speed up the process of recovery from injuries controlling the internal healing process. Outside his body causing metal to rust, oxidation increase to start a fire. He is also able to manipulate the chemical make-up of another person. Inducing psychosis, euphoria, controlling hormones, body temperature, anything he can do inside his body. Gabriel is capable of doing to another person.
Limits-
Chemicals in the brain and body are not infinite. Because a great deal of energy goes into keeping the altered mind from being too manic or too depressed, To control it constantly and make sure that his brain does not stop producing what is needed to make Gabriel high as kite, slightly stronger and more resilient to injuries about 50%of his power is in constant use. For every single thing he does on a daily basis to his own body, he must trade for anything that would do outside. Example: He needs to rust a hole through a fence to enter undetected, but now his buzz is gone. Gabriel comes across a guard and to put him in a choke hold to incapacitate needs more adrenaline. Now, the hangover starts. The guard saw his face and can't know about his powers, so Gabriel has to manipulate the chemistry of the guards brain so the short term memory is not made into a long-term one. But, Gabriel isn't able to block the pain reception anymore. He can either run and recover or risk going further and the next power he will need to use will take away his continued control of his mental condition and risk full+blown mania, delusional, grandiose beliefs, psychosis and then suicidal depression if he did use another power after the last. Also, body chemistry manipulation of another can only be through physical contact.
