So, I did the Ice Bucket Challenge. More info on it is here:

But basically, it's a campaign for ALS, or Lou Gehrig's Disease. What you do is, you fill a bucket (or something) with ice water and throw it over your head, like so:

After you do it, you can nominate three people to follow your (cold) footsteps or donate to the ALSA. I didn't nominate anyone here - I wanted to see my sister, close friend, and best friend do it - but I want to see some of y'all try it too.

I did my challenge in front of a bunch of my coworkers. The plan was for me to dump a little bowl of ice and water on my head and start naming my nominations before another coworker dumps a giant bucket of ice water on me. But we didn't talk about what my cue was for him to step in, so I was talking awkwardly for a minute waiting for him lol
