MEMBER RULES

[1] There is no ‘I’ in team - As you are part of a team, you are expected to bond as a union, because a strong relationship is what keeps the group together. In the past agents have been somewhat volatile toward each other, this behaviour will no longer be tolerated, if you have a problem with someone you must notify a director or take it up with the person in a professional manner. You must respect one another. It also goes without saying that because you are a team, you will be expected to support each other.
[2] Sexual relations amongst colleagues are forbidden - You are expected to have a working relationship with one another and that is all. We are aware that some of you may already be in a relationship with a colleague, and we stress that you keep those relationships out of the work place. We will not tolerate fraternizing on duty or any other behaviour that could be seen as a distraction in the workplace.
[3] Violence directed toward colleagues will NOT be tolerated - If anyone is found to be physically abrasive toward a colleague, there position within the team will be evaluated and could result in loss of employment. We are not here to fight one another. If someone witnesses any violent behaviour between agents and does not report it, they will also face punishment.
[4] Team Work - As a team you are not only expected to respect one another, but also have one another’s back. This means offering a hand of help whenever you can, it also means that while out on assignment with a fellow teammate you must always arrive together and leave together. As a team you are supposed to depend on each other for support, which means that you each put your own asses on the line for one another. If anyone is known to not pull their wait in the team, or leave a man behind to save there on skin, there position within the team will be terminated effective immediately. THIS IS NONE NEGOTIABLE.
[5] Assignment Completion - All assignments must be completed. If there is a situation during an assignment where the agent is unable to complete the task or the task gets out of hand, they MUST notify the team leader who will then notify the directors. If an assignment has been failed for whatever reason, the agents in question will be expected to write a detailed report of the event which they will then present in an investigation meeting held by the team leader with the agents in question present.
[6] Sworn To Secrecy - As an Elite member you have here by taken an oath to keep our organization a secret. You are not to speak about The Elite or the on goings within to anyone outside of the work place nor give the location of your facility. This is strictly for your own safety, you do not required everyone being aware of you nor what we do, for obvious reasons. Any member who feels the need to discuss the company with an ‘outsider’ will instantly be removed from the group along with any recognition of our organization. THIS IS NONE NEGOTIABLE.
[7] Leaving Policy - This is our policy on leaving The Elite; THERE ISN'T ONE. You do not leave the Elite. Walking out on the Elite is considered an act of treason against the team, an act with severe consequences.
[8] When you come to base, you must bring
