Personality-
Jaimie is straight-shooting direct and critically assesses things around her. Don't ask for her opinion if you don't want to know the unvarnished truth. There's no sugar-coating whatsoever here, even if the truth is not pretty. This tendency does not endear Jaimie to many of the other people, who consider her overly critical - even hurtfully so. However, by the same token, when Jaimie gives you a compliment, it's not as a condescending gesture, but rather a straight-out, honest assessment that you can indeed be proud of.
Although Jaimie generally performs well in social and work situations, she is most comfortable either alone or with the small circle of family and friends she is closest to. She does not actively seek out the company of others, preferring introversion rather than extroversion whenever possible. The fact is Jaimie is particularly snooty about the people she ‘hangs’ with because she believes they reflect on her. For instance, she’d much prefer the company of a ‘socialite’ then a nobody, because she feels she is better than most around her. She merely looks down her nose at those around her.
She can be domineering, bossy, and stubborn, believing she is right and everyone else is wrong. Jaimie, funnily enough is also extremely sensitive to criticism and will rarely forgive a perceived slight. The fact is, she can dish it out but can’t receive it. She may act stupid, but Jaimie is very intelligent and motivated, and often seeks out situations that put her in the spotlight, where she can be very effective. Jaimie is non surprisingly, quite arrogant, doing things that are not acceptable "because she can."
Jaimie is a very selfish individual. She has no idea how to take care of herself. She’s never worked a day in her life and is indeed, a spoiled little rich girl. She lives out of her parents pockets and the only thing that really makes her happy is materialistic things. She’s so vain it’s unreal. Jaimie won’t do anything for anyone, unless she gets something out of it. If she doesn’t appear to be at the chance of gaining anything for her actions, she simply will refuse to do it.
She isn’t the type to censor herself, she will say what she thinks no matter how dumb, abrupt or just wrong it is...it’s not in her nature to hide her feelings and thoughts. She’s very vocal about her opinions and often shares them with others, even if they don’t ask for it. Jaimie isn’t one to be trusted; she’s not loyal in any way, shape or form and if she can find an offer better from someone else, will drop you like a hat. Jaimie isn’t good with friends, or boys...she’s just so wrapped up in herself that no one else even comes close to her own importance. There’s no real reason behind it, it’s just how she is. She’s used to being the centre of attention and opts to keep it that way.

Abilities/Powers/Skills-
Inertia Shifting
Inertia Shifting is the psychic ability to control the amount of resistance something has in relation to it's speed. Thus, the user of this ability can increase or decrease the amount of resistance an object, a person, or even the user themselves has. By increasing this resistance the user can slow a target or themselves down to the point where they will become nearly unstoppable. Furthermore, the user is able to use this ability to make themselves immovable. In addition, the user can decrease the amount of resistance on a subject in an effort to make themselves or the target move faster. Though this is nowhere near the level of super-speed, the user can still move at an above-human level.
If the user is frozen by a time manipulator or someone with a similar ability, they will not become completely frozen if they are using their ability. Instead, because of the nature of their ability they will move normally as if their ability negates the time based power.
Lentation
Lentation, which is also known as Bullet-Time, is the psychic ability to perceive time slower than it actually is and in doing so effect one's own body. By doing this, the user is able to control their body's own inertia in an effort to adjust their speed and reflexes. One with this ability could control their inertia to see bullets approaching them in a much slower manner, as popularly seen in the movie, The Matrix. With the aid of this power, the user is able to react to anything as if they were moving at the same speed. In doing so they could dodge or evade oncoming attacks with relative ease.
Limits-
Inertia Shifting
The main limit to this ability is the fact that even though Jaimie can become immovable or unstoppable… She can still feel pain just like the next person. This ability does not grant the user invulnerability. Jaimie can still be hurt in every way, shape or form by any means of attack. So, even though she is unstoppable, a blow to the head could easily still knock her unconscious, stopping her in her tracks. Furthermore, even though Jaimie can move fast or move at an unstoppable speed she can still be tripped. If Jaimie is not careful she could easily stumble over something, which would most definitely be hazardous to her health.
Lentation
The main limitation to this ability is the fact that with it Jaimie can only use this power for a span of thirty seconds before the ability wears off and everything returns to normal. In addition, Jaimie can only affect herself with this ability and cannot use it to have any bullet-time effects on another target, subject, or other person. Furthermore, Jaimie this ability only allows Jaimie to function at a slower pace. She is still the one performing and must adhere to her own body's limits. If she cannot physically dodge something, then she cannot dodge it and it is still hit.
Appearance-
Jaimie has long dark brown, almost black hair, her hair is naturally straight in style, but often is worn with loose curls or waves. Jaimie prefers to wear her long tresses down, as she believes her hair to be one of her best features. She stands at around 5’5 give or take an inch or two and weighs around 113lbs. She has quite a long narrow shaped face, which squares slightly at the jaw and high positioned cheek bones. The focal point of Jaimies face, are her bright green eyes, often accentuated with smouldering black makeup. Jaimie isn’t one for natural beauty and often sports the Smokey eye look, the heavier the better.
When it comes to fashion and clothes, only the best and most expensive will do for our girl. Jaimie is extremely picky when it comes to clothes, not exactly style but rather cost and brand. Jaimie is a complete designer freak, if it isn’t designer made...she won’t wear it. She doesn’t care much about how it looks, if it’s not designer made then it isn’t worth looking at. Jaimie is a fairly girly-girl, she loves dresses, skirts and anything that shows off her legs. She likes bright colours, sparkles, fur and pretty much anything that catches the eye. One thing Jaimie cannot do without is her heels. She absolutely MUST have a pair of heels on at all times.
You will never see her wearing a pair of old sneakers, worn out jeans and a t-shirt...that’s a major fashion DON’T for her. Matching is also crucial, she will often be seen wearing a matching purse, with her shoes...or some other accessories to coordinate in color or style and finish the outfit.

History-
Jaimie Rizzo was born in Houston, Texas to Natalie Blake and Eduardo Rizzo.
Pretty much from the day she was born, she was spoiled. Really, it wouldn’t have been surprising if she’d come out the womb wearing some kind of Chanel attire, covered in diamantes. It was inevitable that this little bundle of ‘joy’ would one day grow up to be one of the most spoiled, little brats...god ever put on this earth. Her parents weren’t exactly the idealistic role models, they were never around. The fact was all they ever did was work. Money was the only thing they cared for. They didn’t exactly give their children love in the form of emotional support and cuddles... they just bought them a shit load of stuff and over the years it gathered up, and the more the children got...the more they wanted.
Still, despite never being around to take care of their kids, that didn’t stop her mother squeezing more out. After the 6th child, it was confirmed that Natalie could not have any more kids due to complications within the birth of the last child, her youngest son and if you’d have asked Jaimie... she’d have said it was the best damn thing to ever happen. The less siblings, the better... because then whatever she inherited would not be cut short due to having been shared out amongst more children. She was always pretty selfish like that.
Growing up in a well off household meant that the Rizzo kids pretty much didn’t have to do a damn thing and Jaimie was okay with that. This was a girl who never lifted a finger for herself. She’d watched her parents do it for years, why would she be expected to do any differently? That’s what they paid their house staff for. Jaimie didn’t see the point in breaking out in a sweat, risking breaking a nail over something she could pay someone else to do. Besides, it wasn’t as if she’d be losing out...it was all Daddy’s money, not her own.
School life was no different. Jaimie was an exceptionally unbearable pupil. She rarely listened in class and much preferred to sit around talking, or primping and preening herself for hours at a time. This girl was truly remarkable, she was vain, shallow and downright rude and the reason for all of this was simple...she did it, because she could. Jaimie found little interest in school and subjects, though one subject she was particularly good at was art. Jaimie may have been a slacker, but she had this idea that when she grew up...she wanted to be a fashion designer. She had a love for fashion and a passion for all things designer, so why not? Of course in her stupid little head all that required you of such a thing was the ability to draw. Unfortunately, that’s not how it worked at all.
In the end, she figured if she wanted it then eventually her dad would be able to make it happen. He was wealthy and so far, he’d gotten her everything else she wanted so a business wasn’t much to ask for. With that in mind, she soon felt the purpose of school was unnecessary and quickly dropped out. She just one day woke up and decided she wasn’t going to go anymore and again, her parents weren’t much to argue. In fact, they probably didn’t even notice due to their heavy work schedule.
Most of her life was spent doing nothing. Seriously, all she did was eat on the occasion, sleep, party till god knows all hours of the morning and shop. Other than that, there wasn’t much to her existence. Though, even though that was good enough for her she did find herself often being envious of those around her. Other peoples families did things together, they hung out, went for family dinners and family vacations. Sure, they went on vacation but up on arrival, all of them would roam around without the others basically just doing what they always did only now in an entirely different destination.
Jaimie didn’t get on well with her siblings. She’d bully the twins and her little brother and steal Ruth’s clothes. Her brother Andrew was probably the only one she really had any similarities too because both of them liked to drink and have fun...so that was a common interest between them but other than that, nope...no really family bonding went on. All the kids ever did was bicker. A life of luxury was something that really compensated for the lack of anything else that a kid would want. Because, whoever said money couldn’t by you love...was a moron.
Of course, things went a little pear shaped when it seemed that Eduardo was better at spending money on crap then things that mattered, like say...paying his taxes. See, the family were certain that Eduardo had everything up to speed and that he was financially stable...little did they know that the man wasn’t only not paying his way but also had quite a gambling addiction. He’d spent months away, and during which often found himself pulling slots in a local casino. Months and months of hiding all of the evidence, soon drove Eduardo to crack and confess all to his family. She was absolutely livid. It tore the family apart; her mother took her younger siblings and filed for a divorce.
The remaining three eldest were pretty much left to sort themselves out. So much for family. She didn’t seem to give a shit what they did, so long as she was okay and now it became apparent just where Jaimie got her selfish behaviour from. Jaimie knew that soon enough her luxurious lifestyle would be taken from her, so she tried her best to keep a hold of whatever she could. Because, right now those things she treasured most, her car, her designer clothes...were all she had left and it’d be a damn while before she got those kinds of things again.
Anything else?- Is the cousin of Sidney Rizzo

Whoever said driving across the country was a piece of cake...was a bullshit liar. Seriously, if she could afford herself a driver right now, she’d have gotten one because this god damn car journey had been hellish. She’d found herself running out of gas on more than one occasion. The first time was easily solved, she’d had some cash swimming about in the back seat and thus enough to pay her way. However, by the second time she was dry out of cash and no alternative means of paying...she had to put her brain in gear. Sometimes, she loved being a woman. She could turn on the tears, bat her eyelids and bob was your uncle...the guy at the gas station paid for her and once more, she was on the road again.
Her car wasn’t exactly hard to miss; a Bentley for a start and a baby pink one at that. She was girly in every way. She loved the colour pink and if it was shiny or glittery she just had to have it. She was en route to Vegas now, to visit her cousin Sidney. They had NEVER seen eye to eye, even as children they scrapped. Sidney and she used to clash like god all mighty. The fought over toys, over boys...over anything they could. To be honest, for some of her childhood she wanted to be like Sidney, but then, she realised she was her own person and Sidney could fuck off.
However, right now it appeared that her ‘dear’ cousin was her fallback option. Since Daddy could no longer pay for things and her mother practically kicked her out, she was going to seek help out of relatives. Charity began at home and that’s where Sidney came in. She was her family, her own flesh and blood...she had to help her. Didn’t she? She’d probably laugh and turn her away but Jaimie knew the difference between her and Sidney. The one difference that separated them entirely. Sidney had a conscience. She simply wouldn’t turn family away.
She’d never been to Vegas before, but it sounded as if Sidney had found home there. She figured, it was far more glamorous then the dive of a home Sidney had grown up in. When she’d arrived in town she was instantly met by the life that lingered in Vegas. To be honest, it wasn’t as glamorous as it looked on TV. God, why couldn’t she have had family in Beverly Hills, she’d have been in fucking heaven then.
Jaimie was looking for a location in particular. Her driving right now was pretty grim, on the account of the fact that she couldn’t see out her rear view mirror or the back window because of the pile of shit mounding up in the back seat. There were boxes, upon boxes of clothes and shoes, along with other things that Jaimie claimed she simply could not live without. She was moving in, regardless of whether Sidney agreed or not, Jaimie would make a nuisance of herself until her cousin caved. At the end of the day, Jaimie ALWAYS got what Jaimie wanted.
The pink car parked up on the curb outside of Sidney’s shop; Skin City...wow, that was so genius. Jaimie eyed the outside, it didn’t look half bad. She wouldn’t, sure as hell wouldn’t say that to Sidney though. The last thing she wanted was to be suffocated by her ego. Jaimie pushed open the car door and stepped out. The brunette let her green eyes move around the area, before she lifted up her white Chanel shades and lightly placed them on her face. Closing the car door she began to walk toward the shop, her hand bag hanging over her arm as she approached the door.
Pulling the door open she stepped inside. She was greeted by loud buzzing sounds and the smell of sweaty men and antiseptic sprays. She contorted her face at the whiff, and lightly bought her hand to cover her nose some. The majority of the occupants were older men, fat and covered in tattoos. Sidney may have done well for herself owning a shop but shit were her clients butt ugly. She stood at the door, and slowly took her shades off letting her green eyes circulate the shop floor in search of her raven haired cousin.
She couldn’t be seen anywhere right now. So, she set her eyes on the blonde at the client booth up ahead. The brunette headed over, she eyed the blonde a little. What a surprised, she was covered in tattoos and piercings’. “...Uh...Hi...” Jaimie finally spoke after much staring, the tone of her voice instantly revealed that she wasn’t really interested in talking to this girl and if her voice tone didn’t show it, the slight grimace on her face did “...I’m looking for Sidney. She should be around here somewhere, you can't miss her. She's a total ringer for Donatella Versace. You probably don't know who that is but if you did, you would agree that they look as if they were seperated from birth...” she chortled, god, sometimes she cracked herself up. Her face almost immediatly fell serious again "...I hear she's your boss so, that'll probably be easier for you to figure out. I'm her cousin. You don't need to know my name, cause we're likely not going to speak again after this. No offense, i'm sure you're nice and all but you look like a pin cushion..." Jaimie went on to inform as she let her eyes shift back to the shop floor again.
Jaimie looked back at the blonde. Her expression was as if to ask ‘why are you still sitting there?’ which she refrained from asking out loud. Maybe this blonde was deaf, or just dumb...even so, couldn’t she read lips? Jaimie forced a grin “...So, could you get her like, now? cause this place smells like ass and I’m not really prepared to wait around all day while you sit on your ass doing nothing. Well, off you pop, I don’t have all day...” she waved her hand at her as if dismissing the blonde away.
