There are a few styles in which a person can be. Here is where you can find the labels for that.
People fall into categories of how they work.
Leader - Some people are born leaders, some people are made leaders. Either way, they are the people at the top, the people who 'lead'. They may have their moments of faltering, but at the end of the day, they can usually keep it together, and lead. They may delegate, but at the end of the day, they are the people who are looked up to.
Supporters - From the name its pretty much self explanatory. They generally support people. Whether it be leaders or other such things. A supporter is generally away from the limelight and lets the leader take centre stage, and is fine with that. Supporters can also be seen as 'sidekicks'.
Beta - A beta is another style of leader, but who does things a different way, whereas a Leader will assert dominance a Beta wont. They will be in the background, running things. They don’t like the limelight, and will often quietly go about their business.
These three people can interchange, ie a leader can also be a supporter of someone, but can have beta qualities.
