Personality-
Neurotic - Possibly one of the biggest things pertaining to Travis is his tendency to be overcome with neurotic thoughts, often causing him to obsess over the most minimal things. Travis often finds it difficult making decisions for himself due to the fact that he is often overcome with obsession ridden thoughts and often acts out on them without regard for his own well being. One thing about Travis is that he finds it remarkably difficult to stay settled and will always become anxious if left alone for a prolonged period of time.
Impulsive - A tie in to his own neurotic nature, Travis rarely thinks anything through and rather goes with the flow of life feeling that the need for planning as such. When Travis runs across an idea in his head that chances are, nine times out of ten, he won't think about the consequences and follow it out because "it seemed like a good idea at the time." Travis rarely thinks about his own well being and would rather follow on his own instinct than to stop and strategize about something.
Geeky - Despite anything else you may say to him, this seems to be one of his major personality traits. Travis knows he's a geek and he'll admit to it. Sure he might not be the most popular person in the world but his brain is filled with an extensive knowledge of pop culture and fandom alike. He's that guy that everybody seems to know and will constantly spout references here and there in order to keep the conversation going.
Procrastinator - Travis is well known for his skills of holding off a task till the last possible second. To him procrastinating is a way of life. Some would call him lazy thanks to this certain attribute but that's not it at all, you see the reason Travis procrastinates so much is thanks to his poor time management skills in which he thinks he can pull everything out of his ass at the last possible second but more often than not he ends up falling flat on his ass.
Impatient - It is something that has been one of his biggest weaknesses from day one in which he often cannot sit still and wait for something to happen. Perhaps a derivative from his lack of impulse control, when Travis finds a task that is moving too slowly he will attempt to crank up the speed at which it is done at. In other words, asking Travis to sit still is like telling a donkey not to be an ass... it's just not gonna happen.
Flamboyant - Something deep down in Travis' subconscious always appears to show up everywhere he goes and want's to make a scene, mainly because he finds the norm tedious and boring. This has encouraged him to take up a flamboyant attitude where he tends to over-dramatise things and show off to others. This is not really a matter of him being cocky but more of a matter for him wanting to be noticed.

Abilities/Powers/Skills-
Incorporeal Transmutation - Travis has found out about his ability over the years which has allowed him to some remarkable things. Travis found out from an early age that he was able to break down his own molecular structure so that he is no longer capable of holding a material form. Of course what goes around comes around and he quickly learned after discovery that he was capable of reforming his own molecular structure in the same position he had left it in. What this power did to him was that it turned him intangible, similar to a ghost, capable of becoming intangible just by thinking so. Of course with this ability there comes benefits. One of these is that because Travis holds no form whilst in his incorporeal form, he practically becomes invisible to the naked eye though he can retain some of his structure so that he can still be felt whilst invisible. Conversely with this comes the other aspect that because he holds no corporeal form, then he is able to walk straight through walls as if they didn't exist because he is simply an incorporeal form. Of course he can still make himself seen to others if he so wishes for that to be so. His ability has manifested to such a level where he is capable of taking anything on his possession at the time of transmutation with him which includes but is not limited to clothes, gadgets and occasionally people. Whilst in an Incorporeal state, Travis is capable of touching objects just as if he were corporeal with enough focus
Body Insertion - Thanks to his primary ability allowing him to phase through solid matter, Travis is also capable of phasing through flesh and bone itself. This means that with the correct amount of time and effort, Travis can phase into someone, embedding himself into them in a form of possession. With this, Travis could then control the subject to his liking, being able to control all subjects physical movements from anything like blinking to something like flailing their arms about. What's more is that Travis is capable of combining both of their mind's for a limited time whilst inside the subject, capable of seeing everything they are thinking and all the memories they might have.
Limits-
Incorporeal Transmutation - Unfortunately with such a powerful ability comes some major limitations. One of these is the fact that Travis get's nauseas trying to use his ability thanks to the fact that it breaks down every fibre of his physical self and of course it hurt's like a bitch when he's trying to build himself back up again. Due to the complicated process of building up his matter, sometimes thing's get lost in the mix and he wakes up with scars he didn't previously have. Also with this ability, there is a time limit of two hours which might seem like a lot for some people but it's not really that long. Even though he might be able to turn himself invisible, Travis can still be heard if he makes any noise which might alert some people. When it comes to his phasing attributes, he can only phase through solid matter for as long as long as he can hold his own breath and when he does phase he tends to leave a ghostly aura around whatever he phases though, seen more often than not when he phases through glass or something else which is clear.
Body Insertion - The major flaw with this ability is that in order to do anything with it, Travis must get close enough to his opponent to merge with them. Of course once he is inside there are still a few difficulties he might overcome on the way, one of which is that some people might have enough will power to take back control of their own body, meaning Travis would find it rather hard to do anything. Another thing is that is he want's to make the subject speak, he can only move the mouth muscles meaning it often comes out in his own voice breaking the illusion that some might have bought. When it comes to a merging of the minds, it is a two way system really, anything on the subjects mind is available to Travis but anything on Travis' mind is also available to the subject. The longer Travis stay's with the subject, the less control he will have over them.
Appearance-
Summing up Travis is a rather easy task to do. He simply looks like your average guy, unassuming and a little scrawny. He does have a lanky physique coming up at 167lbs on the scales and measuring up to 5'11''. With that, he has light brown hair which always seems to curl up in a mess atop of his head. Going on from that his eyes are a deep settled hazel colour.
When it comes to his clothing Travis prefers to wear as many layers as possible, maybe a sign of him being touched by his own ability. He will most often be seen with some fleeced coat with a furry hood, even in the middle of summer. He prefers to wear a lot of bright colours, maybe part of his flamboyant nature breaking through. Above all of this he will not go anywhere without his converse or a little Zorro mask in his pocket.

History-
Travis was born as an only child to a passionate couple whom had emigrated from Scotland to try their luck in America, though it seemed that Travis was really a reality check for them both. As soon as he came along they realized just how hard real lie was going to be, Matty being stuck at a dead end job that he hated and Jayne being the loyal housewife. Due to this, Travis never took anything for granted growing up, realising that all he needed was the right direction from his own family. Growing up Travis was quite a little geek in the making, absorbing pop culture like a sponge from a ripe age.
He first discovered his abilities when he was five years old, at first he had no clue he had done it or even what he had done. All he knew is that his parent's had panicked because they thought that they had lost him. However as the years grew by and more and more of these situations kept happening Travis knew that it couldn't have been a coincidence and so in solace, went about trying to discover what it was that was happening. Of course over time he grew to realise that he could turn himself into an incorporeal form at will and while it might have been exciting for the average kid, Travis wasn't really sure what to make of it at first. You see having grown up in an environment where he took nothing for granted, he finally found himself with some leverage over the world.
He did the wise thing though, and kept it to himself. He didn't even tell his parent's who had yet to figure out what was happening to their son. In school he kept to himself most of the time which had caused him to be the torment of many a bully but instead of being that guy who took it, Travis became the guy who ran away from it. He was a quick runner for his age and over the years it would grow to be one of his most useful skills as he practiced every day at school, though not for wanting to do it but rather through fear of being beat up if he ever slowed down long enough.
In school, Travis was known as the kid who picked up on the practical things, being good with his hands and all of that. In language classes he took like a duck to water, though has only retained Italian. In computing classes he excelled thanks to his geekish nature allowing him to pick up on things more easily. And finally in music class he picked up the bass and became somewhat of a badass bass player.
Leaving school, Travis didn't really have anything to do in life. He was really to lazy to go to university and he would become too bored if he remained unemployed which might have been what prompted his next few actions. You see thanks to some unfortunate timing Travis was present for a robbery at a liquor store. Now he could have just stood back and watched but he didn't, instead he acted out and used his abilities to take down one of the perps and whilst me might have only caught one, it did give him something to think about.
Since then he has become a moderately small vigilante, helping out wherever he can but now that specials are common knowledge, Travis has become a one man army against crime, even if he does do it whilst he is masked
Anything else?- He goes under the name "The Ghost"
Sample RP-
"In other news, a string of vigilantism is spreading across the Manhattan area." the reporter announced over the television. For Travis, it was a story he had been all to familiar with. He even had the bruises to prove it, though he doubted anyone would have believed him if he even spoke about it.
Travis made his way into the living room parking down on the couch to try and listen to the drabble of the news reporter who seemed to think that she has all the answers. It was laughable really, how all these new laws had come about and how Travis seemed not to really care. He was risking life and limb for a city that he cared much about but it was all worth it as far as he was concerned. He took a bite into his sandwich as he felt the floor creaking behind him. "You know if you really wanna sneak up on me, your gonna need to try a little better than that" he scoffed at his room mate, his eyes not lifting from the television as scenes switched to a few eyewitnesses.
"Your no fun" she replied as she hoped over the back of the couch, not really giving a shit about where she landed, flopping down beside Travis. His room mate was a nice enough girl, someone who had offered to pay for his end of the rent on more than one occasion, after all he doubted that vigilantism really counted as a job. His eyes remained glued to the TV screen. Then the screen changed, the only good shot's they really had of him and really they weren't even that good, his face shrouded by the hood he constantly wore in order to hide his face.
Another bite into his sandwich later and he snapped back into reality. "-itnesses are claiming that they seen the vigilante walk through solid concrete pillars" she spoke, as Travis scoffed to himself. It was all so funny how they thought they could pin him down with all of these open ended. "This is why Channel Six is referring to our mystery Vigilante as "The Ghost" she continued.
The Ghost. There is was, all his hard work practically summed up in one word. It wasn't that he minded because he didn't, it was just so frustrating to help people out and to have them not know anything about you
