And finally The Imperium Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. They have various means to track, house and detain every type and power level of Special. The group is seen as a 'neutral' faction. Their base of operations is a nightclub in Texas called The Kingdom. They aren’t afraid to use their powers to get what they want, and believe that they have a natural right to be top of the food chain in the evolutionary scale.
