Adrian Kilvayne has long been plotting to make a bold move in his personal war with the civilian world, and he has the Rogue Society and the Resistance as his allies. He intends to achieve a political upheaval in favor the special community. He wants nothing less than to bring the Unites States Government to its knees, in retribution for its crimes against special kind. Adrian and his allies are resolved to make the government bend to their will, and they have devised an original strategy to demand the attention of the leaders of the free world. They are going to take them hostage. Explosive devices, guns and powers will be used to cow the politicians into ending the reign of Registration and formally dismantle the Registration Strike Force. The penalty for denial of their demands? Death and destruction, plain and simple.

What follows is a breakdown for a multiple thread plot arc that will require heroes, villains, Registration agents, mercenaries, Rogues, Resistance members and maybe a few miscellaneous witnesses/participants.

0: Dark Alliance

The Rogue Society seeks an Alliance with the Resistance. Involvement according to Sign-up sheet below.

1: Calm Like A Bomb

Adrian gathers his allies and prepares them for what is to come. He arms them, and instructs them in what they are about to do. He will give a speech as to why they must do what they are going to do. The specials then disperse to assault the District of Columbia, and make their way to their intended targets ( This is the DC assault launching thread; ALL assault participants will be in this one.)

2: A House Divided

A group will be assigned to attack the House of Representatives. Once they secure the building, and trap the hostages inside, they will plant the explosives and make their way out of the building. They will return to Adrian's hideout, and report their success.

3: Filibuster

As above, but in the Senate.

4 : Execute

As in 2, but in the White House. It is imperative that the President not be harmed unless Congress fails to act upon the issued demands. Otherwise, they may hurt or kill anyone needed to keep the hostages in line. In the worse case scenario, this group can simply execute the President, and demolish the White House upon escaping.

5: Testify

Adrian's team makes their move against the Supreme Court, and successfully plants a bomb.

6: All Hope Is Gone

Adrian proceeds to issue his demands to the government and the people of the United States, via Internet video streaming from his command center. This is likely the point at which either 1) The heroes foil his plan entirely; 2) The heroes foil his plan partially (some of the buildings get blown up and the President lives); 3) The government gives into his demands ( no one dies, and the RSF is disbanded)

Basically, we need four villains for each assault making a grand total of sixteen villains, at a minimum.
